Because our products are unique they are subject to availability. By using high-tech digital camera we have tried to show our items with several resolutions to tolerate the restrictions on digital photography and internet media but still we can not 100 % guarantee for especially the colors of our products. Product Descriptions were prepared as much as our knowledge for guidance purpose only.
Prices
All the prices are in United States Dollars and do NOT include customs, shipping and insurances . Our listed prices are subject to change without prior notice. The prices on the GRANDBAZAARTURKEY.COM are independent from the ones showrooms.
Payment and Billing
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Clubs as well as direct money transfer. We do not have simultaneous transaction. First you send request form online, we check availability of item and calculate shipping and taxes and customs and we send an e- mail you with mail order transaction form which you can fill out necessary info, print the, sign and fax to us. After double-checking your credit card validity for the charge, we will proceed with the shipping. We will ship after we get the money.
Shipping
We ship the items via Federal Express, DHL and UPS. The prices are special to yurdan.com and they change according to destination and the weight. You can check the shipping prices from Lists. Gold items can be shipped by only via UPS. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged item during shipping; therefore, we suggest insurance (approx. 1% for DHL and 2% for FEDEX & UPS) or do not accept damaged items. Shipping takes 2-10 days on avarage after the charge made.
Taxes and Duties
Customers are responsible for any import tariffs or duties. VAT (value added tax) and import duties change for each country so we may need to check the taxes for your country and send you the order form after your request.
Return & Cancellation
Because duties of import to Turkey are high we do not recommend the return. On the other hand if you are certain that you are dissatisfied with the item you can return the item without damaging it and at your own expenses including all the customs and taxes etc. After the receiving of the item, refund will be made. You can cancel your request in same date you make the request.
